Store Policies


Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. North Carolina state sales tax will be applied to all purchases using a North Carolina address.


All orders are shipped US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (US Customers only).  Insurance is optional but recommended.  If you are in the Wilmington, NC area, you may select Local Pickup.  I will ship items out in 1-3 business days unless the item specifies a longer timeframe – all items are handcrafted by me alone and some may take longer to create (or I may have to order parts for a custom item).  All items will be packaged in a tarnish-resistant zipper bag in a gift box.  Order totals over $100 will also include a Sunshine polishing cloth.

Refunds and Exchanges

I stand behind my jewelry 100%.  I want you to be happy with your jewelry, but I'm a human.  If I make a mistake in your order, please contact me and I will correct my mistake right away at no cost to you. 

If you are not happy with your jewelry, please contact me.  If I can't make it right, send it back to me with the original packaging in unworn condition within two weeks, and once I receive the item back, I will refund your money in the form it was given to me. I ask you to pay only for return shipping.  The exception would be a case of craftsmanship defect.

Earrings that have been returned will have their earwires/backs scrapped.

Custom orders are not returnable.
